About Our Product
Compass provides competitively priced, outstanding name brands and products
backed by the very best warranties in the industries we serve!
Compass product range includes livestock identification, pharmaceuticals, instruments, general farm hardware, electric fence products, tack, and a wide range of safety products.
Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped same day by courier if received by 3:00 pm. M.S.T.
Shipping charges are paid by Compass on orders totaling $750.00 before tax.
Orders containing plastic tanks 110 gallon and over, are prepaid on orders of $1500.00 combined product to one locationin western Canada. All “collect” orders will continue to have freight charges added to the invoice. Dangerous goods shipments are subject to a surcharge of $10.00 billed to the customer.
Damaged freight is the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. Damaged freight must be reported immediately to the freight company only, Compass can not do a claim for product damaged at another site. Contact: Loomis (877)456-6647 or Purolator (888)744-7123.
Heated service is not provided by either Loomis or Purolator. Compass will take every precaution to protect liquids but accepts no liability for frozen product.
Terms and Conditions
Terms: Standard terms are net 30 days on approval of credit. 1.5% monthly (18% per annum)
will be added to overdue accounts. All product remains the property of Compass
Animal Health Inc. until it is paid for in full.
Statements: Statements are available upon request. Invoices will accompany all orders.
CCIA Records: Compass will record the sale of CCIA tags to one location and then register them to the end user. CCIA Tags are absolutely non-returnable to Compass or from a producer to a dealer. *The CCIA is currently reviewing these procedures and may not allow us to register producer sales in the future.
Back orders: Customers will be notified before shipping and freight will be prepaid on back orders totaling at least $100.00. Smaller orders will be added to next order.
Returned Product: All returns must be authorized by Compass. A return number will be issued to the customer and must accompany the return. This will get you your credit faster and help control costs. All product returns of non-dated product in perfect condition will be given 100% credit. Special order items are non returnable. All returns will be subject to a minimum 15% handling and and proccesing fee. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. Collect shipments will be billed back to the sender. All dated products must be received 90 days prior to expiry and are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Intervet and Novartis products are non returnable.
Pricing: Prices may change without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Due to the nature of the animal health industry, Compass accepts no responsibility for damages or other claims against property or livestock unless the product supplied is applied or administered by a licensed veterinarian.
