Compass offers FREE standard ground shipping (4-7 days) on orders over $200.00 and a flat fee of $14.95 on orders under within Canada. Expedited (2-3 days) or Express (Next Day) delivery is available for an additional charge where available. Rates vary depending on location and size of order, rates will be applied at checkout.
We offer shipment to all provinces in Canada. Shipping cost outside of Canada will be the responsibility of the customer. You may save multiple addresses when you create an account, but you may ship to only one address per order.

Most orders are shipped within 2 days via Canada Post or Purolator. Should you wish your order to be shipped another way please indicate the shipping method in the comment box or call our office at 1-877-451-6517 M-F 8am-5pm MST. If an order isn't going to be shipped within 2 days you will receive email notification from us. Certain temperature sensitive items cannot be shipped via Canada post or via courier over weekends during winter months and may result in delayed delivery.
Saturday delivery is available for certain locations. Contact us for location information. additional fee will be applied.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an email notification when all or part of your order ships. The email will provide the information you need to track your shipment. For additional help tracking your order, call customer service at 1-877-451-6517.
Tax rates are set by provincial and federal governments. Compass charges applicable taxes based on shipping addresses.
All returns must be authorized Compass prior to sending back. Simply call 1-877-451-6517 for return and warranty options. If the return is coming back as a result of Compass error or factory defect Compass will provide you with shipping instructions at our cost. If a return is a result of order error or other reason the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must have a tracking number, no credit will be issued without a tracking number.
